The Borough of Eddystone has received the following letter from AeroAggregates LLC regarding its plan approval modification application to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s (DEP) Air Quality Program.

Pennsylvania Code Title 25 (Environmental Protection -Air Resources) Section 127.43a requires municipal notification including a thirty (30) day comment period regarding the submission, which begins upon receipt of this formal notification. During this comment period, DEP will accept such comments.
