Community Open House Dec. 6 to Discuss Improvements to Rt. 291 Corridor

Eddystone Borough would like your thoughts and ideas on how to improve the PA 291 Corridor.Your input will help identify future improvements to create a more friendly, multimodal PA 291 corridor and keep Eddystone’s future bright.

Brian Kirkland for a Veteran’s luncheon as we celebrate and honor the service of those who sacrificed their time, energy and families for our country and our freedoms. Come meet the staff from Rep. Kirkland’s district office and get information on state services benefiting Veterans.

COVID-19 Situation Report Released by PA Department of Health

PA Deprtment of Health (DOH) continues coordination efforts with FEMA, PEMA, and other state agencies through the Department Operations Center (DOC) to mitigate the impacts of COVID-19.

DOH focus remains on vaccine distribution, long-term care facility outbreaks and joint agency planning for potential COVID-19 impacts on educational institutions. Currently, there are 1,530,309 (+28,185 from 10/15/21) positive cases, and 30,903 (+485 from 10/15/21) deaths in Pennsylvania.

EDSI program

Eddystone Youth Program for Ages 12-16 Begins October 19

Looking to have fun and learn new skills? The Eddystone Youth Program is a free after hours program for youths ages 12-16 that takes place twice a week for twelve weeks beginning Tuesday, October 19. The group meets from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Eddystone Lighthouse Hall and lasts for 12 weeks (excluding holiday weeks.
