One-Day Vaccination Clinic at Joe Hughes Hall Wednesday, April 28
Eddystone Borough and Rite Aid have partnered to present a one-day vaccination clinic to take place from 10 am to 3 pm on Wednesday, April 28, at Joe Hughes Hall, next to the Eddystone Fire House.

Available for all Adults Ages 18+
- The Moderna vaccine is being administered at this clinic.
- A follow-up appointment will be made on Wednesday, May 26 for the required second dose.
- Recipients must fill out a consent form and bring a photocopy of driver’s license, medical, and pharmacy insurance, medicare B card ( if over 65).
