Beginning Oct. 20, State Rep. Brian Kirkland (D-159) is offering weekly mobile constituent services in Eddystone. From 10 am to 2 pm each Tuesday, Kirkland will be available at Lighthouse Hall, 1401 9th St, Eddystone, PA 19022
